Why workshops? Stakeholder Engagement as part of SIMNORAT
Expertise and knowledge of stakeholders are crucial for a successful maritime spatial planning. Involving them effectively at an early stage in the development of maritime spatial plans is essential. One of the project’s main goals is to support good practice in stakeholder engagement within the context of transboundary activities. A number of national and international workshops are organised involving a broad range of stakeholders as well as administrations of the three countries of the project.
